  PACKAGING PARTS & SHIPPING -IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW  
  We must receive a packing slip (please put packing slip in envelope and affix to outside of box and put copy inside the box with the parts) with your order with the following information:
  • Name and address where parts are to be shipped back to;
  • Itemized list of all your parts (ie Model & Year of Vehicle - Dash, radio panel, glove box door etc.);
  • Value of core parts (required for importation into Canada and will be used as value for insurance when returned.  This amount must be accurate as we will not be responsible for any short fall of insurance in the event the part is damaged in transit and must be replaced.) 
  • PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION IN THE ENVELOPE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, IF SENDING AN AUTHORIZATION PLEASE PUT INSIDE THE BOX WITH THE PARTS.  THANK YOU.

PLEASE DO NOT wrap small parts in newspaper or pack them loose in the box.  PLEASE put all small pieces in a clear plastic bag and tape the bag to a larger piece to protect them from being lost or broken.  WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PARTS IF THEY ARE NOT LISTED ON THE PACKING SLIP

PLEASE DO NOT send us the gauge clusters with the instrument bezels otherwise there will be an extra charge for taking it apart.   You must also remove locks from the glove box panels otherwise  there will be an extra charge to remove it and we cannot guarantee the lock will be any good after.

OUR MINIMUM CHARGE PER ORDER IS $100.00

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT AFTER MARKET PARTS FOR PLATING UNLESS PURCHASED FROM AN APPROVED DEALER.  MOST AFTER MARKET PARTS CANNOT WITHSTAND OUR PROCESS AND MAY WARP OR SHRINK.   WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO AFTER MARKET PARTS IF THEY ARE NOT PURCHASED FROM DEALERS WHOSE PARTS ARE DURABLE ENOUGH TO MAKE IT THROUGH OUR PROCESS.  PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS WITH REGARDS TO THIS MATTER.

 
       
  PAYMENT     
  All orders must be prepaid by money order, bank draft, personal cheque, Mastercard or Visa.   Please note if paying by credit card we prefer written authorization by fax or mail.  For security reasons we do not want your credit card information transmitted to us via internet.   If paying by Visa or Mastercard click here to download the form.  If you plan to pay by credit card complete the form and ship with your parts.   If you are not comfortable writing your credit number on the authorization and including it in with your parts, then complete the form except for the number, sign it, send it with your parts and then you can give the number  to us over the phone once we have the total of your order established.  We will contact you with the amount to be charged to your credit card prior to completing the work.  50% of the total cost of the order will be processed on your credit card when the job is commenced and the balance will be processed when the job is complete. 

All prices quoted DO NOT include return handling, packaging and insurance ("SH&I").  Once the parts are received we will assess for repairs and calculate the return SH&I and contact you with the final total.  Unless otherwise instructed, all parcels shipped to the US are returned via Fedex ground service or US Post Priority Mail Service.  All parcels in Canada are shipped via Fedex or Canada Post unless otherwise advised.
